You can disconnect social integrations immediately and request deletion of eligible workspace or account data.
Open Google Account connections, select Byte Operations Technologies and remove its connection. This stops the Google connection; it does not delete account information already held by us or cancel your paid service.
To delete your account or stored Google profile information, use the deletion request below. If Google is your only sign-in method, arrange an alternative recovery method before disconnecting.
Sign in to your workspace, open Marketing automation → Social connections, choose the connected account, and select Disconnect. The active encrypted provider token for that connection is removed from Byte Operations Technologies and the account can no longer be used for new publishing actions.
If the provider also offers its own connected-app settings, you may separately revoke Byte Operations Technologies there.
Email info@byteoperationstechnologies.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the workspace name and state whether you want a specific integration, user account, or entire workspace deleted.
We may ask you to verify ownership or administrator authority before processing a destructive request.
Subject to the scope of your verified request, deletion can cover connected-provider credentials, user profile data, workspace records, generated content, uploaded files, and related application data. Some security, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, or backup records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational need.
Integration disconnection is intended to take effect immediately for new actions. We assess verified requests without undue delay. Where GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month and explain within that period if a lawful extension is necessary. Some records may be retained as explained below.
Deleted data may remain for a limited time in retained backups until the relevant backup expires or is overwritten. It will not be restored into active production except as required for disaster recovery, security investigation, or legal obligation.
