How does the 14-day trial avoid hidden API costs?
The trial lets users explore, enter data, prepare campaigns and preview AI workflows. Live external provider usage requires a connected client API key or purchased BOT Credits.
Can a company buy only CRM?
Yes. The base plan covers the platform and CRM limits. Marketing, AI and advanced finance capabilities can be added separately.
Does annual billing include a discount?
The proposed annual offer provides 12 months of access for the price of 10 months. Final commercial terms remain configurable.
What happens when the trial ends?
The account becomes read-only, automations and external jobs stop, and the organisation can upgrade to restore full access.
Are BOT Credits the same as a subscription?
No. The subscription unlocks platform features and limits. BOT Credits meter AI and other external-provider jobs.
