These terms govern use of Byte Operations Technologies websites, workspaces, AI features, integrations, and automation tools.
Effective August 10, 2026You must provide accurate registration information and have authority to create or administer the organization you represent. You are responsible for account security, team permissions, and activity performed through your workspace.
You retain rights in business data and content you submit. You grant Byte Operations Technologies the limited right to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for customer, employee, marketing, and other personal data you upload.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review generated websites, campaigns, images, messages, automations, and business recommendations before relying on or publishing them. Human approval remains required for actions that can materially affect customers, finances, legal rights, employment, security, or external communications when the product presents an approval step.
Connected accounts are authorized through the third party's official OAuth or consent flow. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, email providers, and other external services is also governed by those providers' terms, permissions, rate limits, reviews, and availability. We cannot guarantee a third party will approve or continuously provide an API feature.
You may send or schedule marketing only where you have the permissions and consent required by applicable law and provider policy. You must honor opt-outs, suppression lists, unsubscribe requests, platform rules, and audience restrictions.
You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, malware, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, harassment, deceptive outreach, prohibited content, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass workspace isolation, or activity that violates applicable law or a connected provider's rules.
Plans may include limits on users, records, storage, generations, automation runs, provider activity, or other resources. Usage-based AI or external-provider costs may be reflected in plan limits or credits. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, trial terms, and refund rights presented at checkout or in an order form form part of these terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service but maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, or third-party outages can affect availability. We may modify features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product improvement.
We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, material breach, or provider-policy risk. You may stop using the service and request eligible account deletion subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
Byte Operations Technologies and its software, branding, product design, and documentation remain owned by their respective rights holders. Except for rights expressly granted in your plan or contract, these terms do not transfer ownership of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every feature or third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is limited as permitted by law and any signed order form or enterprise agreement may set different negotiated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Enterprise contracts may specify a different governing-law or dispute clause. Questions can be sent to info@byteoperationstechnologies.com.
