Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled Byte Operations Technologies plans.
Plan cancellation and refunds
Payments for a purchased plan are non-refundable when you choose to cancel the plan. Cancelling does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the amount already paid, including for unused time in the purchased period.
Check your plan before paying
Review the quotation, price, currency, features, limits and service term before completing payment. Access begins after quotation acceptance, successful payment confirmation and workspace activation, according to the agreed scope and timing.
Payment or access problems
If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a successful payment has not activated your plan, contact us with your account email and payment reference so we can investigate. This cancellation policy does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law.
