Release principle
A completed source package is not the same as a verified production system. Every critical external dependency needs live evidence and an accountable owner.
Go-live sequence
Complete the sequence in a controlled maintenance window.
- Freeze release candidate and record the checksum
- Apply Supabase migrations and run RLS tests
- Configure production domains and SSL
- Verify email, social, AI and SWICH sandbox integrations
- Complete backup restoration drill
- Enable monitoring and test alerts
- Run smoke tests
- Approve the go/no-go record
Rollback
Keep the previous Vercel deployment, database migration rollback notes and a current backup available until the release is stable.
